Some Examples of Semi-rational and Non-semi-rational DAG Languages. Extended Version

چکیده
The class of semi-rational dag (d irected acyclic graph) languages can be equivalently characterized by labeled Petri nets with ε-transitions, by rather simple leave substituting tree grammars with additional non-local merge rules, or as a synchronization closure of Courcelles class of recognizable sets of unranked, unordered trees. However, no direct recognition by some magma is known. For a better understanding, we present here some examples of languages within and without the class of semi-rational dag languages.

Some improvements in fuzzy turing machines
In this paper, we improve some previous definitions of fuzzy-type Turing machines to obtain degrees of accepting and rejecting in a computational manner. We apply a BFS-based search method and some level’s upper bounds to propose a computational process in calculating degrees of accepting and rejecting. Next, we introduce the class of Extended Fuzzy Turing Machines equipped with indeterminacy s...
متن کاملRational Chebyshev Collocation approach in the solution of the axisymmetric stagnation flow on a circular cylinder
In this paper, a spectral collocation approach based on the rational Chebyshev functions for solving the axisymmetric stagnation point flow on an infinite stationary circular cylinder is suggested. The Navier-Stokes equations which govern the flow, are changed to a boundary value problem with a semi-infinite domain and a third-order nonlinear ordinary differential equation by applying proper si...
متن کاملThe best uniform polynomial approximation of two classes of rational functions
In this paper we obtain the explicit form of the best uniform polynomial approximations out of Pn of two classes of rational functions using properties of Chebyshev polynomials. In this way we present some new theorems and lemmas. Some examples will be given to support the results.
متن کاملElliptic Fibrations of Some Extremal Semi-stable K3 Surfaces
This paper presents explicit equations over Q for 32 extremal semistable elliptic K3 surfaces. They are realized as pull-back of non-semi-stable extremal rational elliptic surfaces via base change. Together with work of J. Top and N. Yui which exhibited the same procedure for the semi-stable extremal rational elliptic surfaces, this exhausts this approach to produce extremal semi-stable ellipti...
